We woke up a rainy Sunday morning to a leak in our bathroom. A+ roofing was easy to contact (by text, 24/7) and responded right away. They were at our house within a half hour of initially contacting them. The fix didn’t take long and ended up being pretty straightforward, but they kept us in the loop as to what they were doing the whole time. When leaving all they asked from us for compensation was to make a donation to the VT Children’s Hospital. this was an emergency call on a Sunday. Amazing!!! Happy to work with A+ Roofing going forward!

Roof had developed a leak. We patched it - that worked for a while, but then that gave way too. Needed professionals. A+ came out in the rain and put a temporary patch on the roof to stop the leak. They came back and did a great job permanently repairing the leak.

They showed up when they said they would, called us several times to keep us informed about their obtaining the roofing materials, and charged the previously quoted price at the end of the job. Highly recommend them.

We had asphalt shingle damage on a large section of our roof due to an extremely high wind storm. I contacted A+ Roofing about the damage and had a call from Bill within 5 minutes after leaving a message.

They were very prompt and took care of the roof repair the very next day. I know they were extremely buried with work due to the storm, but they were excellent in providing this emergency service.

I called Bill at 7:30 am and he was here today at 1:00 pm to assess the water leak in my bathroom ceiling.  He and his son got up into my crawl space, determined the leak was due to plumbing vs a leak in the roof, and charged me nothing for the visit.  (Suggested I make a donation to the VT Children’s Hospital if I wished.)  I can only speak to character and responsiveness – an A+.

We chose to have A+ Roofing replace the shingles on our garage and house roofs because it had been recommended on Williston's Front Porch Forum.  Bill Rich and his team lived up to the reviews.  Bill is honest, reliable and delivers on what he says he's going to do.  His price was reasonable, the quality of work was excellent and his team finished the job on time.  

They took care to protect our landscaping and picked up after themselves at the end of each day.  There was hardly a nail or piece of debris to be found anywhere after they had finished.   There were no surprises.  All were a pleasure to deal with.   We highly recommend A+ Roofing.

While we were able to find a provider in NY, close to home, this company was very responsive, professional, and willing to do the job on very short notice. If needed, we would definitely consider for future jobs.

We had to wait a while for Bill to come due to bad weather and a large number of clients, but when he did come, he worked quickly and well.

We had considered doing the work ourselves, but ended up very happy to have someone else deal with it.

Easy to communicate with Bill by email and he was very pleasant to work with.   His team did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

A+ Roofing replaced my roof. They were prompt and efficient. They made other improvements which will be of great benefit in extending the life of this roof.
