We can provide estimates for roofing repairs or replacement. Payments for large scale repairs or replacement of a roof are due on completion of the project. We can go over all of the details with you before we begin your project.

Types of Roofing
The most popular residential roofing choice in Vermont is the asphalt shingle. Asphalt shingles are affordable and lightweight. They require little maintenance and are available in many colors.
Slate roofing, although more expensive, can last for up to 100 years.
Metal roofing is increasingly popular partly due to its strength and durability in our cold winters. This type of roofing material can be lightweight and finished in a variety of colors.
We also install and repair EPDM roofs, which are primarily used on low slope flat roofs. EPDM roofs offer resistance to high winds and hail.

Roof had developed a leak. We patched it - that worked for a while, but then that gave way too. Needed professionals. A+ came out in the rain and put a temporary patch on the roof to stop the leak. They came back and did a great job permanently repairing the leak. They showed up when they said they would, called us several times to keep us informed about their obtaining the roofing materials, and charged the previously quoted price at the end of the job.
